We will check and dispatch your items promptly and take care over the packaging so that everything reaches you in great condition - and if you are not satisfied, or you need any help or advice when your order arrives we are only ever a phone call or email away. If you are local and would rather collect your order please email us to arrange collection.  We will refund the delivery charge when you collect your order.

Buying a guitar is like buying a car - you don't know if you really love it until you take it for a test drive - book a one hour guitar trial at the MASC academy and take advantage of a studio where you can try out as many guitars as you wish before making your choice.

Buying as a gift?  No worries we will store your purchase until you are ready to collect at no extra charge.  If you wish to order on line and then collect your order, just email us.  We will refund your delivery charge when you collect.
